AI Text Cleaner ("AI Text Cleaner", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you when you use www.aitextcleaner.cc and its browser-based text cleaning, inspection and analysis tools (the "Service").
The Service is designed so that text entered into a tool is processed in your browser. We do not receive or store the text you paste, the cleaned output, or the text-watermark analysis result on our application server.
1. Data controller and contact
The Service is operated under the AI Text Cleaner brand. For privacy questions, data requests, billing questions and legal notices, contact [email protected]. The legal entity and registered address for paid subscriptions will be identified in the checkout and an updated version of this policy before subscriptions are activated.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Contact information: your email address and the contents of messages you send to our support address.
- Future account information: if accounts are introduced, the email address and account details needed to authenticate and provide the Service.
- Subscription information: if paid subscriptions are introduced, plan, invoice, transaction identifier, payment status and entitlement information.
We do not ask you to send tool input to us. Please do not include sensitive text in a support email unless it is necessary to resolve your request.

- Operational logs: request method, URL path, response timing and error information used to operate and secure the site.
- Device and network information: our hosting, security and delivery providers may process IP address, browser, device and approximate region information as part of delivering HTTPS traffic.
- Optional analytics: if the site operator enables Google Analytics 4, it may receive page views and anonymous product events. Events are designed not to contain your input, output, or other text content, and IP anonymization is enabled.

4. Text processing and local storage
Tool processing runs in JavaScript in your browser. Text may remain in your browser memory, clipboard, downloads or browser storage according to your actions and browser settings. We cannot retrieve or delete text that never reaches our server. The browser may store interface preferences and related-site cache data locally; you can clear it through your browser settings.

The Service does not require advertising cookies to process text. If analytics or another optional technology is enabled in the future, its provider and policy will be identified here or in an appropriate notice.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when needed to provide the Service, comply with law or protect the Service:
- Payment processing: when subscriptions launch, Waffo Pancake will process payment card data as our PCI-DSS payment processor. Full card numbers are not stored on our server.
- Hosting, delivery and security providers: providers that host, deliver or protect the website may process limited technical data under their contractual obligations.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 may receive aggregate usage data only when the operator enables it.
- Legal and business events: information may be disclosed to comply with lawful requests or in a merger, acquisition or transfer, subject to continuing confidentiality duties.
7. Security
We use HTTPS in production, restrict application access, avoid collecting tool text, and apply least-privilege operational practices. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Legal obligations, dispute resolution and security investigations may require a longer period. We keep only what is reasonably necessary for that purpose.
9. Your privacy rights

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent. Our hosting, payment and analytics providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use an applicable transfer mechanism such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
